I work at The Avril Robarts Learning Resource Centre, Liverpool John Moore's University.
I am also undertaking PhD research at the Department of Information Studies, University of Sheffield.
My interests include: application of IT in libraries, IT competency and training among library staff, and the impact of online virtual communities on student learning preferences.
