[edit] Robert J. Lackie

  • An Associate Professor-Librarian at Rider University in NJ, I currently serve as Instruction & Reference Librarian, co-leading the Moore Library Instruction Program, serving as Reference Collection Development Librarian, and assisting faculty and students with their research needs. I teach a large percentage of our library instruction sessions in a variety of academic disciplines and perform liaison duties for the biology, chemistry & physics, communication & journalism, mathematics, teacher education, and graduate education & human services departments. I also usually teach public speaking courses at Rider, and I was thrilled to teach the Reference Sources & Services grad course this year at Rutgers University as well. Last but not least, I served as Rider University’s first Faculty-in-Residence from 1998-2002.
