&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;I am the director at a small academic library in Maryland. I joined this group to experience firsthand what the wiki phenomenon is all about. I see that this particular project is much more, and I am looking forward to some useful tips on running a library. In my particular setting, we have a lot in common with public libraries: we are in effect providing similar services to our community of staf and faculty.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
