Name: Leonard Ngowo I am working with Tanzania Library Services Board based in Morogoro Regional Library in Tanzania.

Morogoro town is about 2.30 Hours ride from Dar es salaam heading towards the mainland, a way to Zambia and and a junction to Kigoma in the west of Tanzania.

I am a Librarian by profession and working in a public library.My areas of interest is on application ICT in Public libraries.
