Name: Leonard Ngowo ldngowo@yahoo.com I am working with Tanzania Library Services Board based in Morogoro Regional Library in Tanzania , East Africa.
Morogoro town is about 2.30 Hours drive from Dar es salaam heading towards the mainland, a way to Zambia and a junction to Kigoma in the west of Tanzania.
I am a Librarian by profession and working in a public library.My areas of interest is on application ICT in Public libraries.
