I am the director of the Rice-Aron Library, Marlboro College, Marlboro, VT.
I have previously worked as Coordinator, Learning Commons & Undergraduate Services Librarian at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
My interests include the design and usability of library services (especially for undergraduates); open source in libraries; and the evolution of reference services and sources in the age of digital information.
