100-level Classes Description

100-level classes, or introductions to a major or university-wide service courses, such as English Composition or Introduction to Communications / Psychology / Business are often access points to reach first year students with an introduction to Information Literacy. In these classes, the librarian might work with faculty coordinating multiple sections of a common syllabus to incorporate IL instruction tied directly to a research assignment.
