I am the director at a small academic library in Maryland. I joined this group to experience firsthand what the wiki phenomenon is all about. I see that this particular project is much more, and I am looking forward to some useful tips on running a library. In my particular setting, we have a lot in common with public libraries: we are in effect providing similar services to our community of staf and faculty.
